Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

QB Bookkeeping Services provides bookkeeping software support services, including but not limited to:

  • Software setup and configuration
  • Troubleshooting and error resolution
  • Data migration and reconciliation support
  • Payroll and reporting assistance
  • Ongoing remote technical support

Services are delivered remotely via secure digital channels.

2. Service Plans & Billing

  • Services are offered on annual, fixed-price plans
  • All fees are disclosed prior to payment
  • Payments are processed in USD unless otherwise agreed
  • Client authorizes charges through written consent

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Ensure legal access to financial data and software
  • Maintain backups of financial records
  • Use services only for lawful business purposes

4. Service Delivery Confirmation

Upon completion of services, clients may be asked to sign a Service Delivered Confirmation, which serves as proof of fulfillment.

5. No Guarantee Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, QB Bookkeeping Services does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, tax results, or software performance beyond the agreed scope.

6. Limitation of Liability

QB Bookkeeping Services shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Third-party software issues
  • Client-provided data inaccuracies

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We maintain strict confidentiality and apply reasonable security measures to protect client data in accordance with applicable US and UK data protection laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraud or misuse is suspected
  • Payment disputes are initiated without communication

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by applicable laws of the United States and the United Kingdom, depending on client jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing or using our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
